Over the weekend Chimo ran the 3200m at the Zoe Simpson Invitational where she ran away with a personal best of 11:59.90 and broke 12 minutes for the first time this season. Chimo has worked hard all winter long in preparation for track season. All the hard work is paying off.

When Johnny and I first spoke about running all 3 distance events he was unsure at first. I kept reminding him that you’ve worked so hard this year and can win all 3. Sure enough he did. Johnny took home 3 1st place medals! And was awarded top point athlete. #30piece #Champ #MPND
