Asking which fiat currency will replace the dollar as the global reserve currency is asking the wrong question.
Having a single country's fiat currency/bond at the heart of the global reserve system was the anomaly to begin with.
@ntreallyhuman@jmurray_1990@IslandSkunk@nationalpost You act like the 5 people you found in all of your hours digging through specific bias google search images who have one swastika flag hold the majority view in an armada of hundreds of thousands of freedom fighter Canadian nationalists.
@SamuelPMacD@mikesay98 Volatility in finance is defined by the rapid rate of change of an underlying security. By definition BTC is volatile no matter what TF you use, no games needed. I am no end game absolutist burdened by the bullish bearish meme, the beauty of it is you compound money both ways.
@SamuelPMacD@mikesay98 Its all about scale… when 3/4 of your chart shows $4000 and the other 1/4 shows up to $70,000 of course price action at the top will look minuscule.
@BullionStar@MichaelAArouet@marcfriedrich@wmiddelkoop Missed his November prediction though. And $100k this year isn't gonna happen either.
C'mon. As much as you can believe Bitcoin'll go up, and maybe it will - that model is absolutely ridiculous.
$1 mil BTC for 21 mil coins = $21 TRILLION market cap. 1x US GDP! By 2025!
I can't get over the fact that a white guy shot 3 other white guys in self defense, and the US media has somehow turned it into a 'black' issue. 🤣
Sorcery.
Most people favor efficiency over decentralization. Decentralization is usually inefficient.
Therefore, protocols (and cultures around those protocols) that don't put decentralization as the #1 priority, will likely trend towards greater and greater centralization over time.
