The only people still pushing #BellLetsTalk narrative are the one's who've never experienced the public mental health system.
If they did, they'd know that all these years of pushing this day have done nothing to improve the system.
This year, I'm saying #BellLetsAct instead.
Rise and shine! Today is #BellLetsTalk Day! Skip the snooze button this morning and join the conversation to help drive Bell donations for mental health initiatives in Canada!

Wish I could see this goofy smile one more time. Speak up, take care of yourself, let people close to you know you are struggling. Everyone needs a pick me up every once in a while, no shame in asking for a hand. I’m always here to give one #BellLetsTalk
