You can easily tell the difference between people who come from wealthy backgrounds and those who have no idea what it feels like to have that kind of wealth and freedom.

Do you know how many billionaires who made it out of the hood would love to enjoy this kind of lifestyle rather than spend their entire day sitting in an air-conditioned house, reading newspapers with absolutely no fresh air or real connection to the outside world.

Wealth is not just about money or living in a mansion. Some people have all the money in the world but would gladly trade some of that luxury for the freedom, peace, and simple pleasures that others take for granted.

I woke up feeling bored today, and despite having two foundation plan sketches waiting for me, I decided to put everything aside for a little while and challenge myself creatively

I picked one of my favourite pictures of Wizkid and decided to freestyle a caricature from scratch, completely off the top of my head, without tracing or using a reference grid. Just me, sketchbook app, and a little creativity

Here’s how the whole process went:

— 5 minutes of rough sketching to get the proportions, pose, and basic shapes right

— 25 minutes of refining the sketch, adding details, and bringing the caricature to life

— 13 drawing layers

— Total time: 30 minutes

Honestly, I just wanted to see what I could come up with, and this was the result

Now, back to those two foundation plan projects I’ve been avoiding 😏
