My heart is breaking...my granddog who is just 3 years, has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Almost 5 years to the day my daughter's first golden was diagnosed and shortly after succumbed. Paris has an optimistic outlook, just a very invasive surgery.

Today I completed a 30km Inca Trail Classic race in 14 hours. This is the view from Dead Woman's Pass which is at 13,400 feet that is reached after a 5000+ foot climb.

Manitoba Marathon 2022, attempted Full however at mile 7 the course was closed so back-tracked to stadium, completed 14 miles. Hot day but happy to be participating.
