Takes abt 3 months but when it is comes back, you'll go to the bank with it and open an estate account n that money will be released in to that account for u to access. All this if your dad ddnt leave a spouse behind

@UrworstOluchi @jas_d_barbie Go to court with the death certificate and they will help u with a letter that u will take to the bank. The bank will check if there's money available in the deceased account. If there is, they'll give a bank statement which u will take back to court.
