Dear @TeamYouTube,
YouTube have refused to monetise the Podcast of the Lotus Eaters YouTube channel for "Harmful or hateful content. Content that is incendiary, demeaning, or promoting violence or hatred, especially on the basis of protected characteristics"
This seems like an inappropriate and deeply unfair characterisation of the content we make. Not only do we not want to make content that is incendiary, demeaning, or promoting violence or hatred on the basis of protected characteristics, we live in Britain, where such content is illegal and would be a violation of Section 127 of the Communications Act. Needless to say, we are in no trouble with the law here, which is more restrictive than your content policies.
The channel monetisation was originally removed because my Sargon of Akkad channel had been demonetised, but that has since been remonetised, so I am not sure why we are still being punished?
Could you please reconsider this decision, as I don't believe we are substantively different to any other conservative YouTube channels that are monetised without issue, and it feels like we are being unfairly targeted for some reason.
Moreover, you have also demonetised our Lotus Eaters Daily channel because "A channel associated with your account was flagged for serious violations of our YouTube monetization policies."
This is not correct, as the channel was created after the Sargon of Akkad channel was remonetised. The Podcast of the Lotus Eaters channel was not demonetised for serious violations, but itself for association with my Sargon channel. As there appears to be no problem with the original channel now, could we please have this decision reconsidered as well?
Thank you.
The 19th Ward last night.
Several caravans roared up and down Western Ave. last night, culminating in a drifting session at 111th and Western.
You are hearing gunfire, not fireworks.
We hope the commotion didn't disturb @mattoshea19's sleep.
Will this latest incident finally inspire Mr. O'Shea to give us real solutions, rather than the pro-forma "I'm working with the 22nd District commander and the Department of Transportation to prevent further incidents. like this!"
Hello, @TeamYouTube. My channel, https://t.co/TyJAqZJT2V was erroneously demonetized for "reused content" by an automated flagging system, and my appeal video seems to have been denied by an automated system as well. Any manual review of the channel would clearly see that each new livestream on our channel is new content as they are reviews/discussions of entirely different movies each time. The idea that we are reposting the same video over and over again is obviously absurd. Please use a human being with eyes, ears, and a brain to fix this immediately. Thank you.
I’m sorry to tell you but unfortunately grandma is too busy ‘healing her inner child’ to help you raise yours.
One of the parts of feminism we talk very little about is how feminism effects older women, in this case, grandmothers. We have spent years talking about what it does to younger women, but there is a conversation that is missing, and that is what happens when an older woman still lives by feminist ideals.
Much of feminism is about the focus on the self. Life is about self discovery and self pleasure. Not only has this changed how women mother young children but it has also changed how women mother children past adulthood. The message we all have heard is pretty obvious — finally and once your children are grown your obligations, responsibilities and expectations are done, you are finally free, and this also includes being freed from the grandchildren. You’re finally free, you have done your part, now it is finally time to live as you want—for yourself.
This, to no surprise, has had consequences.
Motherhood for most of history has not been viewed as a role which is temporary, instead women, society and culture understood that motherhood was a lifelong role. Yes how we mother will change, obviously, but the role of mothers was very important well into adulthood. Grandmothers played a huge role in the culture, in shaping children, in assisting with raising them, with sharing wisdom, morality, safety and stability that old age seems to bring us.
But once we made womanhood a journey focused on independence, well it is no wonder older women are now encouraged to view their children’s needs as burdens, their grandchildren as someone else’s responsibility, and all their past work and years of mothering as some sort of justification for why they now get to just leave the focus and work of the family.
Because of this many young women, probably like me or you, are raising children all alone, in a vacuum devoid of historical knowledge, morality, wisdom, guidance… devoid of help and care. This is a huge shift from how families used to function for centuries, and because of it we have place a huge burden on young families, and mothers.
Our roles and responsibilities to those around us do not disappear just because our child grows up, or just because we grow old. Motherhood is not a role that is only done when convenient, it is a permanent role, a permanent name, it is a permanent life long commitment.
Feminism has not just hurt young women, or young mothers, it has hurt older women, our grandmothers too, and it has left a huge void that many of us are struggling to fill.
The communist works every controversy with the same propaganda loop:
1) X isn't happening, you're crazy
2) X may be happening, but it's insignificantly rare, you're crazy
3) X is absolutely happening, but that's a GOOD thing!
We are at phase 2. Standby for phase 3.
"Violence" with your father is actually the greatest prevention of violence in adolescence and adulthood.
That ⬇️ is not benign play. He is teaching them to properly channel their aggression, respecting strength (their own and other's) and giving them an outlet for their higher levels of testosterone.
Even more important - dad is giving them fatherly belonging so they will not seek it from opportunistic men (gang leaders, predators) who will exploit their hunger for masculine connection.
By the way, Mom's don't do this. And kids need it.
Media literacy means to not just see the propaganda themes, but agree with them.
Because these people can't abstract another person's opinion (which is why they use the word grifter, they CANNOT comprehend another opinion besides theirs can exist, therefore you must be lying and secretly agree with them) Media literacy means if you don't agree with the message, it must be because you can't understand it. Hence are illiterate.
@KySquirrel_90@GamingAndPandas he did. the 9/11 call was so horrific and traumatizing they didnt want it released to the public. he finds the kids one by one. screams “my buddy… my buddy” when he finds his son in the other room
How come they never "hear voices" saying "suplex that 7 foot tall dude built like a brick shithouse" or "run up to that crowd of black guys and call them slurs" and it's always just "murder your baby"?
Rockstar hasn't given us anything. They made a product and I paid money or it. They aren't my friends, they are a corporation, this isn't charity. It's a business transaction. And I don't even want to think how much money they milked from people with GTAV over its 13 years.
they were probably so scared and confused. it makes me so sick every single time i think about and i have to go hug my son. she really needs to fucking fry and every one of these retarded whores supporting her, projecting themselves onto her, needs to be neutered.
Normal person: “I like JD”
X user: I see you haven’t been following me online? Postliberals don’t believe in original sin. Only liberals do. Classical liberals.
Normal person: What?
X user: Being a conservative means believing in liberalism.
Normal person: Huh?
X user: You see, the common good people are Christian Nationalists
Normal person: Who? I thought you said they didn’t believe in original sin
X user: You need to understand, a tariff is Woke Right, it’s about us vs, them, which is Third Worldism, inspired by a Nazi jurist, which is Communism. JD Vance is a Nazi Communist who doesn’t believe in Original Sin is what I’m saying.
Normal person: You’re having a stroke, I will call a doctor.
X user: Hang on, let me show you this James Lindsay tweet about the St Michael prayer.
