@WHOOP pretty disappointed in my customer service denial request for a replacement band due to faulty design on this part of the flex band. Been a member 4 years and just renewed for 2 more too, first claim I’ve ever tried to make. 😑

Think my @whoop knew I was pretty dehydrated but that didn’t stop my big planned ride, had lots of fluids prior, during and after and had zero side effects, legs are just trashed now in a good way!😂1st century ride post stem cell transplant on 4/1/22.
