Der Hauptgrund ist seine derzeitige Verhandlungsunfähigkeit. Ein Bundesrichter stellte am 9. Juni 2026 fest, dass Brown aufgrund seiner psychischen Erkrankung aktuell nicht in der Lage ist, das Verfahren ausreichend zu verstehen bzw. seine Verteidigung zu unterstützen.

Also wenn ich die anstehende Strafe nicht verstehe, muss ich sie auch nicht antreten?!
Und ich dachte Deutschland wäre ein Irrenhaus, was das Verfahren für solche Gestalten betrifft.
