Im all out patients. October 2025 I had Sunrun in San Luis Obispo install panels and a batteries at my house. The installers didn’t do what the designers layed out and almost 1 year later and 4 power outages our system still doesn’t work. They installed the system to our garage not the house. I’m still paying over $400 a month for power and when ever the power goes out. Im left sitting in the dark. Please stop advertising all this crap about customer service, it’s non existent. Worst part is I can’t get out of my contract because of legal loopholes you have so I’m screwed and just need to take it. Of the $300 you offered as compensation is a slap in the face. Stop lying.. your customer service sucks.
