Was a much better game today.. Our midfield is starting to work together.. Poppy showed strength and determination.

There are girls I coached a few years ago who lost every game in a season & are now playing high tier senior football. Then I see girls who won every game at youth level and whose parents thought that was success even though they didn’t develop. They don’t play football anymore.

@XLFAcademy Exactly.. Bragging about the amount of goals playing against a team that almost had to forfeit due to lack of players.. Girls did amazing and I am super proud.. The reason we joined XL was because their ethics are right!

An unfortunate loss for us today due to not having a keeper, no subs so played with a bare 10. Still super proud of the girls performance and are starting to work together.... The score doesn't reflect the full game and am very proud @XLFAcademy
