@ScotRail standing room only to Aviemore 2.5 hours even though I booked a seat!! Absolute disgrace!No wonder public do not have faith in your service!! Not acceptable- I have an injury which means I need a seat!! If you book a seat to then get on train and no seats booked#fuming
