The “Patrick did it” theory falls apart the second you look at the actual evidence presented in the case.

According to investigators and prosecutors: Patrick was captured on surveillance at CVS and the restaurant during the critical window. Lindsay’s phone remained at the house and was moving inside it. Her DNA was found on the exercise bands. Her blood was found in the bedroom and outside beneath the window. She directed Patrick to the basement when he returned, and authorities say she later told multiple people that a voice told her to kill the children and herself.

Even her defense isn’t arguing that Patrick secretly committed the killings. The legal fight has centered on her mental state and criminal responsibility.

You can debate insanity, medication, intent, or culpability. But pretending there’s no evidence connecting Lindsay Clancy to what happened—or casually accusing Patrick despite the surveillance, phone records, DNA, witnesses, and timeline—is something completely different.

The evidence matters. Even when it destroys the theory you wanted to believe.

Saying they “ran a train” on a 12 year old is the most vile thing I’ve ever heard. She is a CHILD. She also says the 12 year old wasn’t a virgin so that means it wasn’t rape??? They deserve to be charged as adults and rot in prison so they never hurt another girl again.

If these three boys already felt comfortable committing a violent gang rape, then I can’t imagine the things they would do to girls as they got older. The aunt defending them just tells me all I need to know about how they were raised. She can rot with them.

Imagine being the girl’s parents and seeing this video while your child is recovering in the hospital after being violated in such a horrific way. What a disgusting human.

On Wednesday afternoon 25-year-old Caitlin Stup was on her way to work at Sweetgreen in Houston when Brayden Smith boarded the bus and spotted gang rival Patrick Scott.

Smith was out on probation for attempting to commit aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

Scott was out on reduced bond for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

They began shooting at each other (with guns they're not legally allowed to have). They missed each other entirely and instead shot Caitlin in the head—killing her.

Smith has been charged with the murder, but Scott faces only a misdemeanor charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon.

And not a single major media outlet has covered this story.
