@VodafoneIreland And luckily they sent a DM saying they basically can’t help because they have outsourced their engineering and can’t give me a reason for days of delay.
A lesson learnt here ? AVOID THEM like the plague.

I do not say this lightly to our followers but @VodafoneIreland is literally a disgrace. Days and days without internet and broken promises of a visiting engineer. Advise to our followers - avoid at all costs.
