As of Thursday, I am 4 years free from my abuser. It’s hitting me kinda hard today. I kinda feel like I should be better by now, but also 4 years after 20 years of abuse isn’t a long time to heal. It’s a start though.

I have been off social media for awhile, so I thought I’d give you an update on my life. February is the worst month of the year. Yesterday was my fathers (I gag to even think that I called him that once) birthday. Today marks the 4 year anniversary of the last time he raped me.

I haven’t stood still. I’m not giving up on them. Ellie is about to turn 14 if you can believe it. Bella is now 12. I haven’t spoken to them since August of 2019. My abusers won’t let me. They are still in severe danger of the man who claimed to be my father.
