@vapormaven HR has been giving me more and more run around asking for more information and basically refusing to take responsibility for their own bone headed error. In any case I am still out of hard earned money that they wrongfully took out of my bank account.

@vapormaven it has been a real hassle. First they said to dispute the charge through my bank instead of issuing me a refund, like a responsible business would do, and then they said I have to contact HR to get a refund.

Apparently they have no way of giving me a refund. They only know how to take the money out of my account, not put the money back into it.

The transaction should have been cleared out once it was completed, but then once they made the boo-boo and charged someone for something they didn't actually receive,
