@bt_uk I'm disappointed that there's a fault on my line with a 5 day resolution time and on livechat I signed up to a new 24m contract but I can't receive a mini hub so that I can do my job because my service doesn't start until October. I now I have to take unpaid days off.

@loveholidays Consider this a complaint. My dad died 3 weeks ago and Love holidays won't refund his Ryanair plane ticket for October and we can't do it through Ryanair directly. Staff have been rude, unsympathetic and standoffish.

@JagexAsh It only takes one swipe with a shovel to dig up a clue scroll so why do we need a shovel at all? We could easily just use our hands and never have to worry about forgetting our shovel again. Important game update.

@CurrysServices are you aware that the first result on Google - a sponsored ad shows Currys but in fact redirects to some spin the wheel scam? Appears to try to go to Currys but then redirects to the scam site.
