@WestJet Eventually sorted this out after a lot of hassle. Now I am trying to file a claim for delayed/cancelled flight and I can’t as your system says I have to do so after 72 hours- It’s been well over 72 hours‼️I don’t understand why this process isn’t a seamless one 🤦‍♀️

@WestJet my flight was cancelled and you guys scheduled me on a flight with klm but I don’t have my additional baggage I paid for. It’s only giving me an allowance of just 1 bag when I should have 2. Plus I am being asked to cough out $120 to add baggage. Pls fix this ‼️
