@TheSimsMobile Players stuck on freezing/crashing daily reward screen for over two months are still stuck in same place after this update. Will you fix this a simple yes or no will do so we know if we should keep waiting or uninstall and leave the game. #thesimsmobile

Will locked out players who are stuck on the daily log in reward screen for 7 weeks, finaly be let in to the game now so they at least will have the chance to enjoy 1 event TH once upon..... before this sim festival is over? Pretty sure it's a big no. #TheSimsMobile

Hi #TheSimsMobile team? Can you give players some information if you are working on letting players back into the game or not? Sim festival 15 coming soon, will players still be locked out, stuck on freezing reward screen? Will they ever be able to play again?
