Few major bugs we notice with the Madden 24 Companion App for Franchise Mode:

1. All users have commissioner powers
2. There is no ALL WEEKS option under weekly statistics
3. Free agents are not exporting, gives "Failed to retrieve team roster"
4. Some weekly statistics are failing to export with error "Preseason stats not available during regular season/offseason"

Looking forward to a strong madden, with 31/32 owners returning this is the lowest turnover that we can remember.
Lets hope EA can actually launch a game we can play on this generation of consoles....we are 0-2 so far.

His platform caused EA to briefly be accountable regarding franchise.

Sadly, we need help holding them accountable again! 60% of leagues will be lost!

This server maintenance is now scheduled for 6:00AM ET tomorrow, Thursday, December 15th.

Solo Battles will be gated at 5:30AM ET.

We'll update this thread once maintenance is complete.

@MaddenNFLDirect What is the ETA on this? Multiple leagues are on hold. I don’t understand how an emergency change was not implemented. Perhaps the update you pushed to production should have been rolled back as part of the change management process.

Update

We've narrowed down the issue impacting some Cloud Franchise leagues being unavailable.

In order to address the issue, it will require server maintenance.

We're currently working on the timing of the server maintenance with our teams and will thread an update below.

@MaddenNFLDirect many long term, extremely dedicated CFM leagues are all seeing major bugs and glitches. Games not saving, stats not showing up, 32 users not being able to join, franchise settings being reset and even leagues disappearing. When can this be addressed and fixed?

Madden 23 Cfm needs to be patched. Nothing is registering the way it’s supposed to. Games, transactions, player edits, depth chart changes, spending upgrade points, scouting.
All of this is supposed to save automatically. But it’s reverting back to a previously saved spot.
