#December6th marks a sad day in India's history. A day when right-wing goons, incited by prominent leaders from the BJP, demolished the 16th-century Babri Masjid- a criminal and illegal act, as held by Supreme Court. It is also an important day to remember what the Court noted in its 2019 Ayodhya judgment and to reflect on whether it is following its own saying after five years-

“When I asked the first Supreme Court judge about the verdict, they remarked with a hint of resignation, “Would any other judgment be acceptable in this country?”

The judgment had also devoted ten pages to the Places of Worship Act, 1991, a law prohibiting the conversion of any place of worship and mandating the preservation of their religious character as of 15 August 1947—except in the Ayodhya case.

“Historical wrongs cannot be remedied by the people taking the law in their own hands,” it declared. “In preserving the character of places of public worship, Parliament has mandated in no uncertain terms that history and its wrongs shall not be used as instruments to oppress the present and the future.” (Justice Chandrachud authored this judgment)

But Chief Justice Chandrachud’s later handling of the Gyanvapi mosque case undermined this principle and opened a fresh chapter that would reignite communal tensions. The Gyanvapi case involved Hindu plaintiffs seeking worship rights within the mosque in Varanasi. Despite the Places of Worship Act, Chandrachud allowed a controversial scientific survey of the mosque to take place in August 2023. “What is frivolous to you is faith for the other side,” he told the mosque’s counsel Huzefa Ahmadi. An earlier videographic survey purportedly found a “shiv lingam,” although Muslims claimed it was a fountain.

At another hearing in October 2023, Chandrachud would say, “The Act says you can’t alter or convert nature of place. They’re not seeking conversion of the place. The question is what is the status of place as on August 15, 1947.”

“The law mandates freezing the character of a religious place as on Independence,” the legal scholar, @ProfFMustafa, told me. “Now his bench says, ‘What is the character on August 15, 1947, we will decide.’ This is completely against the legislative intent.”

Chandrachud’s decisions have spurred a wave of litigation challenging the status of mosques across India. Today, he is slated to deliver a lecture on “fraternity and inclusivity” at the Kerala High Court. We must ask ourselves, what rule of law? After 32 years, has anyone been punished for this grave criminal act?

This Drama of protest will continue till March 2027 with breaks & intervals. Calling it Drama as the genuine protest was later hijacked by goons and anti nationals. Main Target is Uttar Pradesh Election and FCRA bill. Yogi 3.0 is definitely loading. Once transit Rahu will be closer to Yogiji's natal Rahu, with his Venus bhukti starting November 2026 onwards, Yogiji @myogiadityanath will start showing better leadership and performance. Predicted in many of my interviews that high chances of Yogi Adityanath ji coming to centre in the end of 2027 or starting of 2028. Once Yogiji will come to centre, left wingers, anti nationals will disappear from TV channels, news headlines. They will keep crying for next few decades saying Modi was avatar of Bhagwan😁. SAVE IT

I will tell you something

During 2017-19, I got so blackpilled on Modi after supporting in 2014

This was due to PDP alliance in J&K, Demonetisation and NBFC crisis led economic slowdown

Till 2018 end, I wanted him to lose but RaGa NYAY scheme and Balakot in early 2019 made me wish for Modi 2.0 again but in coalition

Modi 2.0 happens with bumper majority but I wasn't hopeful

Then something magical happens on August 5, 2019... Article 370 is made ineffective in J&K

Time during PDP alliance, which looked like a surrender, was when groundwork for 370 began

I never looked back again and trusted Modi blindly on big picture strategy

After 2021 Bengal loss, looked like CAA was given up but it made a comeback in 2024

After revoking 2021 farm laws, majority of those provisions made into state laws in majority states

Labor laws, which many felt were forgotten after getting passed in parliament in 2020, made comeback last year

Waqf Bill which many said was forgotten during 2nd term and perceived to be unlikely during Modi 3.0 after reduced majority made comeback

States back to back implementing Uniform Civil Code

Just trust the process

No loss remained a loss after a short term
