Royal Bolton Hospital has admitted to failings after refusing to admit Taylor Hough-Barnes, 26, when she went into labour, resulting in the death of her baby. Had she been kept in, the baby would not have died.

It was an honour to represent the family of Marina Young at inquest this week, culminating in a finding of neglect and undoubtedly lives will be saved in the future as a result of the Coroner’s directions @BBCNWT

The death of a disabled woman left in a hospital chair for 39 hours while suffering an asthma attack was caused by neglect, a coroner has ruled.
