It is unfortunate that Governor DeWine chose to be critical of Ohio Schools tonight. Especially in light of his administration’s mismanagement of the vaccine distribution. I stand with APS. Ohio families are desperate for answers instead of threats. Do better please.

@dmonseur @GovMikeDeWine @GovMikeDeWine Most in Akron haven’t had a first shot yet. State of Ohio sent district 780 of 4,000 needed. Rest were delayed. Most of us are getting our 1st shot this week & the 2nd shot in another 3-4 weeks so of course will not be done by 3/1 because of the State‘s delay

@GovMikeDeWine Also wanted to add that the majority of our district (over 3k) are receiving our first dose this weekend which sets our 2nd dose for 3/5 and 3/6. Are you saying you want us back before we’re fully vaccinated in a district already hit the hardest by this pandemic?

@GovMikeDeWine This tweet is extremely infuriating. Not to mention you used a lifesaving vaccine as a bargaining chip to push us back into buildings during a deadly pandemic. Please don’t advocate for teacher’s mental health and then follow up with this.
