@DeidreGilley A1: does it surprise me? Unfortunately, no. IQ tests are used so frequently as a measurement of someone's capability, which is so frustrating. I myself am having a difficult time constructing a lesson on enlisting in the military bc of this view on IQ testing. #TransitionTalk

@DeidreGilley Q1: angry. I know people that refuse to work at jobs that pay less than $10/hr, meanwhile there are people being paid literal cents/hr. You never really consider how being paid minimum wage can be a privilege
