Knaifu is finally all cut up and ready for final printing! I added some holes in 3D Builder to allow metal rods to be slotted in.

Spikes, eyes, and hilt are all being printed separately to make both printing and post-processing easier.

This iconic blade is being made for @ColdBrewCleric (a fellow priest)!

@MollyArtC is working hard on the 3D model, using a mix of Blender and Zbrush. Below is a WIP of their work so far. The eye is a separate model so that I can mold/cast it with resin!

Someone I play WoW regularly with was like "I like your eyeballs, but what if they were N'zoth themed? 🤔"

So here we are!

Now it's time to cast the dome part of the eye. I will be using @SmoothOn 327 and pressure casting it with the mold shown below.

Fun Fact: This very mold was what caused me to get my very first sitches!

Working on some N'Zoth eyeballs for a WoW friend!

Next steps are to hand paint the vein details and fill the recessed pupil area with black resin.

THEN the entire thing will be encased in a clear dome of resin, which will give it some refraction.
