Prompt: 404 Page Design
Based on Kingdom of Heaven (2005)
Could this actually be used for as a 404 page?
Let me know your thoughts π
So...
I've just learned...
After 3 years of owning these things...
That not only can I use iPad as a second monitor for my macbook...
But also use it as a drawing tablet for photoshop directly...
3 years... 3... god... damn... years...
@DmitryKurash Hahaha ... should I ask them for an affiliate link? π
But for real, they keep this feature so discrete when it's such a good selling point for both of these

@CreativeGrenade AI, Blockchain/Crypto, Machine Learning, SMMA, Dropshipping, Cloud Computing, Privacy, Big Data, Growth Hacking...
Genuine innovations/businesses that became buzzwords for gurus to sell their useless surface level courses/products.
@arty_xx Sorry, I meant large as whole
But that sure is impressive, I'll definitely give it a try! They should make you an ambassador, or at least give you an affiliate link π
@oztsori I'm currently working on free-of-charge redesign for a non-profit organisation providing psychotherapy for those in need

They could use a new logo too ππ«Ά
Yes, we shouldn't strive to be right just for the sake of it without considering others' feelings.
That being said, why is it my job to care about your perception of what I said?
I have ADHD, which comes with emotional dysregulation, meaning I'm probably more on the sensitive side as well.
Yet, if we're discussing a problem, I've come to the conclusion that while emotions shouldn't be totally disregarded, they should be put aside to focus on the issue at hand.
If you always try to be nice and not pushy for the sake of not hurting someone's feelings, you'll be the one getting pushed around in the end.
People have egos. If you set aside your ego and don't challenge the other person's, what do you think would happen?
Sure, but in most cases, no one wants to hire a 40-year-old junior developer. Some will, but most won't.
We have time, but time spent wandering around not knowing what to do or learn could be better spent at a learning institution.
Sure, information is available, but for every good piece of information, there are at least 1000 worthless time wasters. That's what colleges try to do, give you filtered knowledge. They're not perfect, but they try.
My problem is the phrase 'high-income skills.' That doesn't tell us much.
'High-income skills,' as used in social media, is basically just a catchy phrase to sell your dropshipping course.
High-income skills are acquired through working, by learning the nuances of the industry that others don't know. If something can be learned by watching a few YouTube videos, it isn't high-income.
Thanks for the feedback!
I hear you, they do take up space, but here's my thinking:
Those tags are like a express lane for docs. Since the main buttons are already about docs and learning, these tags just help you get to the most commonly searched concepts much faster.
So instead of 3-step process of clicking on the docs button -> opening the docs -> searching the docs, you just get there with one click (if it's a common concept)
But I'm curious, how would you display these quick access tags without losing that speed? Always down for creative ideas!
Had some fun redesigning @reactjs's landing page π
Kept the same style & focused on the functionality.
- Added popular keywords for fast docs navigation
- Quick-start installation for recommended frameworks (cuz React says frameworks are cool)
- Highlighted component names to match code syntax coloring
- Other minor style changes
Would you do anything differently? π
Made in @figma #buildinpublic
@gabriel__xyz Hey! I'm Nikola π
I worked at my business 24/7 and had no time for hobbies, but recently, after recovering from a huge burnout, I started exploring design & dev againπ
Here's the concept/redesign I just made today

@arty_xx Amazing!
Only thing I would rethink is the bg illustration
New one is 200% better stylewise, but the old one has a feeling of much larger & complex data being streamlined.
So, I would just add more "incoming" data lines to the illustration to achieve the same effect
