@RAC_Care Breakdown was 23days ago. Vehicle still at a garage in France that was never equipped to diagnose fault on EVs. Mistake acknowledged by RAC 11days ago. Complaint raised 11days ago. Told TODAY that NO case worker assigned yet. No transport, no end in sight. Diabolical…
