@ItzyJon Music helps. Its mostly the beats part the help most ppl. I find the lyrics more useful kinda like your own words being played back to you. MakeMeFit(.com) was more like a cheat ppl use thats even better than music.

@KhrysWilliams Too easy or too hard you say? Just go with the flow man. I do 4 mile runs sometimes and I do the half-marathons of 13.1 miles also, depending on my mood.

@wcbeergeek I think its just a lazy switch we all have to learn to toggle on/off. I got tired, sore, and hungry too as all humans but I kept pushing. I didn't spend money on any special workout class either. I saw this: MadeMeFit .com thing!. Check it out if you believe in second chances.
