As a therapist myself I've had a lot of feelings about Bucky's therapist on TFatWS, and have decided I need to rant a little to let it all out. I've worked w/active duty, trauma survivors, and court ordered clients, so here's some therapeutic conjecture on Bucky's therapy:

@HallHLineSDCC @CoachEdwin I wonder why they don't say something like, "if this line doesn't disperse, we are gonna come through and scan every I.D. badge and take your name and you will be blacklisted from Hall H this year." I feel like that would make people scatter pretty easily.

@johncocozza @TLEVmedia I get it for sure, but they seemed to shut down the multiple ?s on compensation pretty quick with that response. Apparently they did give out passes to people who got screwed in 2019 about wristbands, but I think it was addressed at the time in the moment it, not after the con.

@johncocozza @TLEVmedia Never going to happen. They said that everyone buys badges before even knowing what the panels are going to be, so they aren't guaranteed anything. Basically they bought badges for the con, they had access to the con itself, not specific activities within it.

@HallHLineSDCC So are they still keeping to the line holding wristbands they gave out around 3am, or do those not matter as much since the whole plan for the line changed? Do we know if they are still giving those placeholder bands out or how long they were doing that for?

Just got through Her Universe line, got Flash wristband and told return time of 5pm, but that at this point spots are NOT guaranteed. Others behind us still getting another type of wristband so holding out hope.

@it_unprofession Some tips! 1.2- 1.5mph at most, focus on mouse heavy work with limited typing, use voice dictation for typing when you can, make sure keyboard and mouse are elevated with wrist support.

@ChinaNipona I don't think other people use the term best friend the way I use the term best friend. My best friend with two children would absolutely never say this to me as a childfree woman, and I would absolutely never say that shit about her life.
