‼️ VIOLENT MALE OFFENDER TRANSFERRED TO WOMEN’S PRISON IN NSW‼️
The @NSWLabor Minns Government repeatedly assured the public that men would not be housed in women’s prisons, but today it has been revealed that a violent male offender who’s had 'gender reassignment surgery' has been transferred to a women’s prison.
Our CEO @RachaelWongAus told the @dailytelegraph: “This is an appalling betrayal of women in custody.”
Women’s Forum Australia has repeatedly called on the NSW Government to enact a blanket ban on male offenders in women’s prisons. Those calls were ignored, and now vulnerable women are trapped with a violent man.
Surgery does not make a male offender female or eliminate the risk of male violence. In South Australia, multiple female prisoners have alleged they were sexually and physically assaulted by a violent male inmate who had undergone full reassignment surgery.
The Government’s lack of transparency is particularly damning. Its former policy, which presumed prisoner placement according to gender identity, disappeared from public access as scrutiny intensified over previous cases of men trying to transfer to women’s prisons. That was over a year ago and it has still not been replaced with a clear, publicly available policy, despite repeated requests by Women’s Forum Australia for clarification.
This case also raises serious questions about NSW’s new self-ID laws, under which more than 1,000 males have legally changed their sex to female in less than a year. How will a male offender who is legally female be prevented from being housed in a women’s prison?
This transfer must be reversed immediately and the Government must urgently ban ALL male offenders from women's prisons.

When a man is put in the female estate, it means he is being rewarded for his crimes & has power over everyone from fellow inmates to prison guards, to the judiciary & the politicians. So, congratulations, @ChrisMinnsMP, you’ve let everyone be manipulated by a convicted felon 👏
Listening to South Australian Health Minister Blair Boyer on @1395FIVEAA, I wonder how closely he’s read the review.
First, he said the issue was that 22 children didn’t receive the support of a psychiatrist. That’s not the same as failing to receive the required psychiatric assessment before medical intervention. There is a significant difference between the two.
And that distinction matters because children presenting with gender distress often have co-morbid mental health issues and/or neurodivergence. A proper psychiatric assessment should identify and explore these issues.
Second, the Minister described the 22 cases as “a mistake”. One or two cases would be serious enough. 22 indicates a systemic failure: how were the required safeguards repeatedly bypassed? Who was responsible for ensuring they were followed? What measures are in place now?
Third, I question the Minister’s claim that parents and patients receive sufficiently “frank” advice about treatment options, including advice that may result in them deciding not to proceed. It’s at odds with what parents have told me, including one case where a child was approved for puberty blockers at their second 45-minute consultation.
I also note what parents are being directed towards on the WCH website: “gender-affirming” doctors and links to trans activist websites such as TransHub and Minus18. There’s nothing providing them access independent information that critically examines the evidence, risks and alternatives to the “gender-affirming” model of care.
This is why there needs to be a proper, public independent review.

Trans activists have been more bothered by these two guys claiming to be women than they are about all of the convicted r*pists currently in women’s prisons who are also claiming to be women.
So, were these guys claiming to be women in “good faith” or, maybe, just maybe, the problem is that the whole concept of a man claiming to be a woman is bad faith bullsh-t & far too many institutions fell for it.
Women fought for generations to secure sex-based rights.
On 23 August, we rally in Sydney to call on Parliament to FIX THE SEX DISCRIMINATION ACT and restore sex-based protections in Australian law.

Despite THREE separate South Australian football clubs raising safety concerns about the inclusion of a 6’2”, 92 kg trans-identifying male playing in a female league, the @AFL have decided ‘diversity and inclusion’ is more important than the safety and fairness of female players.
What a disgrace.

And - to further highlight the insanity - literally the ONLY reason women have a separate sports category is to be EXCLUSIVE from men.
It's sad that it's come to this, but we prbly need more of this to wake more people up to just how destructive this nonsense ideology is.
No, it’s that she legally cannot use the men’s. That’s the important distinction.
This perfectly sums up the issue with transgender ideology: some people have made a choice & simply expected everyone else to go along with it, their own boundaries & rights be damned. It was always doomed to fail.
But, it could be argued, women who claim to be men are in quite the predicament. Testosterone is powerful. The balding & beards does a lot of heavy lifting into making them look like men. Would that be confronting for women & girls in women only spaces? Yep.
But this doesn’t mean they default to using men’s spaces. Because they’re not men. Men are more than bald spots & beards.
So, what’s a gal to do?
For the better part of a decade, transgender activists have had unprecedented political capital which could have been cashed in to get absolutely everything they need & want in society. But they didn’t. They didn’t do anything beyond demanding men into women’s spaces & sport, getting puberty blockers & cross-sex hormones to kids & birth certificate edits to validate their delusion. Women who claim to be men rarely got a mention outside of celebrating the miracle of “pregnant men”.
Women who claim to be men have been treated exactly how you would expect women to be treated in a movement dictated by misogynistic men.
Now, the activists will deflect & blame everyone else rather than acknowledge their own failures.
It shouldn’t be controversial to say that it is possible women who have taken far too much testosterone for their own good do need some special accommodations in society. Who knows, no one has properly looked into it. But it seems likely.
While women who claim to be men can *legally* use women only spaces, because they are women, whether it’s functional for them to do so is probably a case by case basis, and a choice they have to make. Is there enough of a problem to warrant third spaces? I would argue yes, as there is an overall social good to be had by having a third unisex stall/bathroom available beyond M, F & disabled options. It could be used by Dad’s with daughters, women who claim to be men, all those women who apparently love unisex spaces, etc.
When it comes to bathrooms/changerooms, women & disabled people campaigned for what we needed with far less political influence than trans activists have enjoyed, we got what we actually need, and we’re not giving it up.
99.9% of society is not trying to reject their sex & society should not be restructured around the ones who are. Laws based on biological sex work. For the minority desperate to live a lie, campaign for what you need, just don’t blame us that activists had 10 years to do it but invested most of their time in mainstreaming the concept of a “girl dick”.
@salltweets So... if he woke up tomorrow and announced he trans... they'd say he was lying? Faking? Pretending?
Somehow doubt that.
He'd probably be up for 'woman of the year'.
The thing is, neither the men who believe erroneously that they’re women, nor the men who get a sexual thrill from dressing as women, are, in fact, women. They’re all men. Their motives are irrelevant. Men aren’t entitled to women’s hard-earned rights.
If men who claim to be women actually are women why did a single law have to be changed to include them? Wouldn’t they have just been included in the original laws for women?
They’re men.
