@CrossCountryUK We were booked on the 6:35 BMH to MAN service. The station staff have no info other than that it’s not running. How do we claim compensation for the expected 1hr 10min delay and ensure we have seats on the 7:45 service, as we had seat reservations booked.
@SW_Help On the 23.25 from Waterloo to Poole which is so overcapacity that we left 5 minutes late waiting for people to cram on. Every seat and standing space is full and we have a 2.5hr journey, due to works AGAIN! The audacity to charge for this is astounding! Expect a refund!
@nxcare Driver of the 9:40 035 from B’mouth today had already dealt with a break down, had to navigate a major RTA at H’row & a passenger having a panic attack. Let some of us off at H’row, stayed calm, was very kind to the passenger who was unwell. Please give him a commendation
@SW_Help Following up… it may actually be easier for us to book a coach. Can we claim a refund for the delay + coach ticket + cab journey from coach? We are travelling on the 22:50 to Christchurch & were expecting a rail replacement from Southampton airport parkway.
@SW_Help This will affect my journey. Do you appreciate how much a cab would be from Woking to Christchurch even if it will be refunded & how hard it will be to find a cab driver who will go that distance after midnight on a Saturday? Can staff not arrange us a cab on account from Woking?
