Arrived before the stated 17:45 but were refused our wristbands & early entry. Staff sent us between entrances, Guest Services couldn’t help, and we eventually had to join the back of the GA queue. So much for VIP! #arianagrande #arianagrandetour #o2 #eternalsunshine

Paid DOUBLE GA price only to be denied our VIP wristbands/early entry despite arriving before the stated 17:45 check-in time. Sent from entrance to entrance, rude staff, put at the back of the GA queue!#estour #arianagrande #o2 @TheO2
