this is part of the reason why i feel abandoning the “born in the wrong body” description was somewhat a mistake, because obviously it’s important not to encourage medical gatekeeping, but at the same time we took away from the people whom that term did apply to
This pride month don't forget that aro/ace ppl ARE queer and part of the LGBTQIA. Thats what the "A" stands for (not ally) we deserve equal amounts of love and support just like every one else.
And just a heads up, no, it's not the same as celibacy
Queer disabled people have been begging for Pride to be accessible for decades. Pride is supposed to be inclusionary. By excluding high risk and disabled people, you're excluding a group that you can join at any time. Disability is interconnected to everything. Please include us.
@AmaniKiller I assume 💉, so 800mg a week is like way WAY too much from my understanding. Usually you don't go over 100mg a week unless you've been on it ~ 1 year and still have your monthly cycle & your levels are low. I don't usually say start low and build up but don't start THAT high
@AmaniKiller I started at 75mg a week and hit me within like 3 doses then i had to switch to gel bc it was taking me 3 hrs to do a dose so now I'm on 50mg daily
To correct myself here, the meaning includes social injustice in general, however It focuses first on anti blackness
This post was made because ppl appropriated the term and removed it's original meaning to the point many didn't know this
Guys you do realize being woke isn't about queer rights right??? It's white ppl who use it like that
The actual meaning is being aware of anti blackness in any degree and working on dismantling racism and colorism
Let’s not forget that bisexuals, transgenders, and POC were historically excluded from the original gay rights movement. Happy pride month to everyone who has been silenced.
