@HMRCcustomers I received a letter confirming my 2024-25 Self Assessment balance is zero (paid via P800/PAYE), but my online account still shows tax, interest, and penalties owing. How can I get the online portal updated to reflect the letter?
@HMRCcustomers Thanks for the response. I have been trying to reach helpdesk through the phone number provided but it it just remain on waiting for an hour each time. I moved to India last year so spending huge in the ISD charges
@HMRCcustomers I made a tax payment for 2024-2025 under p800 tax calculation but my self assessment account does not reflect this payment and showing tax due along with penalty. I have been trying to contact on phone multiolel time and waited each time for an hour with no succes
@HMRCcustomers I made payment on 13th Jan 2026 via my HMRC login through PAYE section and I have reference number for the same. I filed my self assessment on 31st January 2026.

@airindia There assurances do not help because this has been consistent with AI despite of all claims and money being spent on marketing to lure people. Better to spend that money on the real experience. It does not suit the brand TATA.
