Trades on FTMO account yesterday!

With eyes on DXY targeting buyside I had USDCAD longs and EURUSD sells as my two trade ideas I was looking at for the day.

USDCAD played out as marked up with buyside being targeted however, got in slightly too early and got stopped out before price pushing straight into TP. Should have waited for retracement back into that m15 IFVG to enter. One for the journal! -1%

EURUSD sells targeting sellside liquidity. London open had a nice strong run higher however left no bottom wick so went short on sell side of the curve targeting London open and Asian low SSL.

Took the lower M5 FVG as didn’t want a repeat of Tuesday and missing the trade. Gave my stop room incase we came into the higher m5 FVG. Price then pushed down into target. +3%

Overall for day +2% and me done on FX until
after US election next week📈📉

Update 2: $BTC TP2 Hit🎯

Price drove higher from TP1 straight into TP2 Buyside liquidity.

Closed around half of my overall position now. Stops at break even and seeing if Hourly IFVG can support price to push higher towards yesterday’s high and the weekly opening price!
