@fw_naetoblaq I stopped drinking caffeine, made it easier to fall asleep.

I also wake up early to get myself in an early night rhythm. I replaced morning caffeine with B12 vitamins and after a while didn’t need any of it.

Every now and again I have a night my brain won’t stop but very sparce
