@EmmanuelAcho if he texts/calls that he is running late then i don’t think much. if there’s no communication & he shows up 20 min late but acknowledges he is late & is apologetic then it’s fine. if he is late, doesn’t say/acknowledge it & just acts like it didn’t happen then I’m turned off.
