A lot of students are more excited about creating a project than studying for a test. This causes the students to be more interested and possibly put more effort in.

@LaneSluder @feltnerm @smwc I have used Khan Academy a few times throughout my school years! It was definitely helpful in terms of practicing and learning new skills for math class. My teacher could track our progress in certain areas so it was helpful for her as well.
