President Trump must know that after the 9/11 terrorist attacks on America, over 40,000 brave Canadians fought tooth and nail in Afghanistan over 13 years. They did so on the frontlines in the most dangerous districts in the mountains of Tora Bora to the deserts of Kandahar. 158 of them paid the ultimate price. Thousands still suffer the scars.
We thank them. We honour them. We remember them. Our American friends should too.
There is no more powerful, legitimate political weapon than well-executed ridicule.
