Madonna’s ‘CONFESSIONS II’ and its various editions have now topped iTunes in 69 countries, while the album itself hit No. 1 in Canada, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Austria. She's also back at No. 1 on the Billboard Artist 100.

The numbers on Spotify are historic too: 13.06 million first-day streams, the biggest album debut ever for a 1980s female soloist, with the album now past 100 million streams total. On the Billboard 200, it’s projected at No. 11 next week after delivering Madonna’s milestone 10th No. 1 album.

She made UK chart history as well, becoming the first US female artist to score No. 1 albums there across five decades, putting her level with Elvis Presley for the 5th most chart-topping albums ever.
