For years we've been told BTS ARMY are just bots.

Now we're apparently deleting our accounts in such numbers that people are talking about traffic dropping and the site struggling.

So... which is it?

Or thousands of actual people who paid for Pro, used the platform religiously, and have now decided to leave?
