I honestly believe if Newcastle agreed to let Isak go in the summer than deadline day, I would 100% think they would be in a better place.

I genuinely think it destroyed Newcastle’s reputation and put a lot of players off from signing there.

Leoni I agree, but Jacquet seems like he is ready to gain that experience to eventually step in and replace Virgil in a couple of years. I think he needs to be a certain starter and at €50m shouldn't he be ready to start anyway?

Lower-ranked club? That would be true if Szoboszlai or Macalister were to join Forest. Jones has been part of the first team squad for 7 years now but is yet to nail down a permanent place. If this sort of attitude continues then he'll be playing in a "lower-ranked" league soon.

The one issue is whether Jones, having been a useful but never a crucial player for his boyhood team, would be keen to join what he might deem a lower-ranked club.

Some players like that also struggle to adapt when they are suddenly expected to be a key man for a new team. (@TomCollomosse)

Great, but I personally think he should be higher than Carra. All time appearances doesn't do it for me. Hendo has been as influential a captain as any in the last decade and he lead the club to its most successful period in modern times. Carra keeps riding the wave of nostalgia.

The likes prove one thing. Older generation of gamers are the GOAT. We enjoyed games rather than bitch about every single miniscule thing, which is why the quality has gone down over the decade. Studios try too hard and fail. OGs just want a good storyline & functional gameplay.

I have seen fans despise other clubs for various reasons and because the word now gets thrown around easily, it has lost its meaning but this is the first time I have seen the footballing world absolutely HATE a club this much. Arteta has turned Arsenal into a anti-football club.

Didnt enjoy the last season and don't want to get into dirty territory. I just want to thank Arne Slot for winning us the League title and giving us one of the greatest gift of celebrating the league with the fans. It wasn't meant to be in the end, but I truly wish him the best.

Might be time to consider that players will not see Liverpool as an enticing project anymore at least under Hughes, Edwards, and Slot. The club looks soulless from outside and to think how he has stopped the growth of guys like Wirtz, Kerkez, Nyoni, Rio would be damning.
