@Lowes@MarvinREllison@HomeDepot there is a good reason why Home Depot stock is worth more than Lowe’s stock - better customer service. Lowe’s cancels paid for orders leaves customers in the lurch. Home Depot fixes the problem!

@MarvinREllison I am a 30 year Customer and we needed the saw and now we don’t have the cash or the saw. Worst customer service ever!! And, you’ve just lost these customers forever!

@MarvinREllison Paid $220cash for a Lowe’s gift card (ohio)this morning. My Son used it to buy a saw online that he needed out in Montana right after I bought the gift card.Your fraud department canceled the order without even calling to check anything.
@Lowes do yourselves a favor, and go shop at Home Depot or Ace Hardware. Because Lowe’s will hold your money hostage if you use a gift card if they cancel your order, which is more than likely possible. And they won’t call you to tell you why, they will just cancel it even if you’ve been a customer for 30 years.
@Lowes you canceled the order which part had been paid for by a Lowe’s gift card and a Capital One card. Now you tell us you can’t fix the order and we have to wait 3 to 10 days for the money to go back on the gift card. So no saw and no moneyand the gift card won’t work for 3 to 10 days. Your customer service policy sucks.
@Lowes right now we have no saw, that we ordered with a gift card from Lowe’s that we paid cash for. And we have no cash because it was tied up in the gift card that we used to pay for the saw with on the order that we made online with Lowe’s.
