I reiterate my congratulations to the president of Somalia for his outstanding leadership in achieving this remarkable and historic milestones. I again congratulate the FGS, the FMS and the people of #Somalia on this development and their progress towards achieving significant success.

The adoption of the #UNSCR 2713 enforces an arms embargo on Al Shabaab while the historic UNSCR 2714 lifts the embargo on the government of Somalia @TheVillaSomalia. The next step is the success of the upcoming Somali #Security Conference.
