Never flying @AmericanAir ever again after being egregiously delayed multiples times over my last 3 trips and being promised things that have not been provided. No vouchers, no credit, no refunds, not even an apology from anyone unless I take to social media like this.

My last trip I was told that I could book a hotel room for a 13 hour layover caused by a cancelled flight and they would refund me (after they refused to issue a hotel voucher) yet I have received zero communication back from them over a week later.

How incredibly idiotic is it that @AmericanAir can fly us out internationally but can’t give us international travel vouchers after they cancel our flight and booked us for TWO DAYS LATER even though there were early flights available??? 0/10 customer service right about now.

The fact that the Epstein class was revealed to have killed, raped, and EATEN children and babies and it DIDN'T stop the world dead in it's tracks and create a sense of urgency to remove the current administration is beyond me.
