@AmazonUK Got handed a rattling box by DD. Can't be glass, its a plastic kettle. Found a USED, shattered, glass kettle in the packaging of the plastic one I ordered. glass shards have fallen out of both boxes onto my sofa. Now Im bleeding and Customer Service don't care. Nice 👌

@flybe I don't care for how long they have been in place. They are to your detriment.
As I said, it would have been impossible by eye to have determined the miniscule difference which prevent the bag from fitting entirely into the solid metal frame.

The dimensions were so close it was impossible, using a tape measure, to have known the bag would not fit due to one piece of plastic on the case.
