Madame Celeste Amarilla,
Heat wave this week with heat index of 100-110, hottest Tue-Thu. Days of heat means higher risk of heat illness and warm night temps provide little relief, especially for those without AC or working outdoors. Stay hydrated, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun.
Starting Monday, a heat wave is expected with several days of temperatures in the 90s and muggy humidity levels. A stretch like this with both hot days and warm nights can create cumulative stress on the human body.
I am not done here. 🔥
Renewing my journey with Real Madrid is a proud moment, but more than anything, it’s a commitment to turning things around together with my teammates.
We are going through a demanding phase. The setbacks have tested us, but this is exactly where I want to be.
Some people may have written me off after my injuries, but that only motivated me even more. So, thank you for that.
Anyone who knows me knows that I love challenges - I thrive on them. Even though things haven't been simple last season, my belief remains absolute:
We stand together, we fight together and we will overcome this together.
Now more than ever. ¡Hala Madrid! 🤍 @realmadrid
Folks, we need to chat very briefly.
Not to take away from the severe threat today, but tomorrow’s severe risk on today’s model runs is raising our level of concern for lower Michigan, and that’s a lot coming from us as we try our best to keep things straight forward. This map below is a model parameter that takes instability and wind shear parameters and spits out a color & number. We typically look for values around 4 or 5 or greater to be concerned about severe weather.
Thursday evening’s severe risk on today’s models has really ramped up to the point that models are spitting out higher end numbers signifying the atmosphere may become extremely volatile- especially across west Michigan. This is something we don’t see often. If we do indeed see a squall line moving into an environment like this, significant wind gusts (75mph+) and tornadoes (some strong) should be expected and honestly, this is already being forecasted. The concern is just continuing to grow.
We will continue to watch models tonight into tomorrow. Bottom line. Keep an eye on the forecast for tomorrow AND don’t forget about this evenings threat as well.
