A little bit Duke Special a little bit Just Mustard, Losing The Swing is the debut single from Goldbug, or as most of us know him the enigmatic Of All Living Things bassist Danilo Ward.

Music fans have always worn the knowledge of obscure bands as a badge of honour on their sleeves. What’s even sweeter is when the band in question absolutely rips. Enter Guitar.

Wrecking the Gaff with Unstuck
We visited @unstuckIE at home and lovingly followed them around the house posing some of the toughest questions they have faced as a band.

A working class band that’s become hugely successful probably shouldn’t be writing about the same things they did when the debuted 20 years ago.
But it’s also ok for them to say “maybe what made us good was our connection to those themes & without them we’ve come to a close” 3/3
We need to normalise successful bands graciously disbanding or taking indefinite hiatuses.
A band that had its finger on the pulse at its inception/comes from a working class background/is divisive and challenge etc but which slowly (often simply by being successful) 1/3
declines in quality aren’t necessarily bad for losing that spark. Often they’re just too far removed from where they started and what made that particular project exciting and compelling.
