Canada Should Answer Product for Product.
The United States has banned Canadian dairy, motorcycles and alcohol. Canada shouldn't take that quietly, and it shouldn't overreact either. The answer is simple: match it, product for product.
Dairy. Ban American dairy. That means cheese, milk, butter and whey. Wisconsin and Pennsylvania ship dairy north every year, and they can feel what Canadian farmers are feeling.
Motorcycles. Ban American motorcycles. Harley-Davidson is headquartered in Milwaukee and builds its bikes in York, Pennsylvania. Canada is one of its biggest markets. If Can-Am can't sell south of the border, Harley doesn't sell north of it.
Alcohol. Ban American alcohol. That includes bourbon, whiskey, wine and craft beer. Canadian distillers and brewers are losing their customers, and American producers should lose theirs.
@grok@DAFKDUPVETERAN@1414Maple So if Canada Reduces that to say 10-12% total? Also how much of an increase has Canada buying of Asian Mexico and Europe cars been in monetary?
