This is Irena's daughter Martha. I'm sorry to inform everyone so late about this (I forgot she has a Twitter), but my Mom passed away at the hospital on Jan 7. She was the most amazing, loving, generous, brave and selfless mother ever. I can't describe the pain of losing her.

Surgery went smooth, I was in my room before 4 pm. I have a horrible itch from top of a head to the toe. I have to see RN yet. 6 hrs since I'm here. I'm scratching myself any way I can. So this is the New Jersey nursing.😧

I'm scheduled for tomorrow morning for the Total Hip Replacement surgery. Last several months were really very hard on me regarding my mobility and a terrible pain.
